FMA offers the Find Me Alive Services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Secure audio recording and transcription for personal safety.
     

  • Storage of recordings and missing-person kits for use by you, authorized contacts, or authorities in the event of emergencies.
     

  • Additional tools, resources, and outreach programs related to safety and missing-person response.
     

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Services are the property of FMA or its licensors.
     

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
     

  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services or content without prior written consent.
     

 

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some features of the Services may require payment.
     

  • Prices, subscription terms, and payment methods will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
     

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
     

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

  • FMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
     

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
     

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FMA, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

 

11. International Use

The Services are controlled from the United States but may be accessed worldwide. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the Services.

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

FMA ofrece los Servicios de Find Me Alive, que incluyen, entre otros:

  • Grabación segura de audio y transcripción para fines de seguridad personal.

  • Almacenamiento de grabaciones y Kits de Personas Desaparecidas, para su uso por usted, contactos autorizados o autoridades en caso de emergencia.

  • Herramientas, recursos y programas de difusión adicionales relacionados con la seguridad y la respuesta a personas desaparecidas.

FMA se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o descontinuar cualquier parte de los Servicios en cualquier momento.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

  • Todo el contenido, marcas registradas, logotipos, software y materiales de los Servicios son propiedad de FMA o de sus licenciantes.

  • Se le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para utilizar los Servicios con fines personales y no comerciales.

  • No puede copiar, distribuir, realizar ingeniería inversa ni explotar los Servicios o su contenido sin autorización previa por escrito.

6. Pagos y Suscripciones

  • Algunas funciones de los Servicios pueden requerir pago.

  • Los precios, términos de suscripción y métodos de pago se divulgarán en el momento de la compra.

  • Todas las tarifas son no reembolsables, salvo que la ley lo exija o según lo establecido en nuestra Política de Reembolsos.

12. Ley Aplicable y Resolución de Disputas
