    Alternatively, cancellation requests may be submitted via our official customer support email. Verification may be required to confirm account ownership.

  • Deadlines for Cancellation
    To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date.

Subscription Services

  • Recurring Subscriptions
    Cancellations for recurring subscriptions will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to services until that date.

  • Non-Refundable Periods
    Payments already processed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Pro-Rated Refunds (If Applicable)
    In certain cases, and at FMA’s discretion, partial refunds may be issued for unused service periods when extraordinary circumstances are present.

Special Services and Kits

  • Missing Person Kit and Recording Service
    Cancellation of these services will remove future access, but data already collected may be retained in accordance with the Data Retention & Deletion Policy and legal obligations.

  • One-Time Purchases
    One-time services or digital products are non-refundable after delivery, unless defective or legally mandated.

Exceptions and Legal Rights

  • Trial Periods
    If a trial period is offered, users may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • Consumer Protection Laws
    Where applicable, users may have additional cancellation or refund rights under state, federal, or international consumer protection laws.

  • Force Majeure
    In extraordinary circumstances beyond a user’s control (such as natural disasters or verified emergencies), Find Me Alive may provide exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Written Confirmation
    Once a cancellation is processed, users will receive a confirmation email for their records.

  • End of Access
    Access to services will end at the close of the paid billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
