    Find Me Alive services are designed for individuals 13 years of age and older. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or submit personal information without verified parental or guardian consent.

  • Special Restrictions for Certain Features
    Some features of Find Me Alive (such as the referral-based PIF plan or financial transactions) are restricted to users 18 years of age and older or those with legal parental/guardian approval.

    Find Me Alive does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly upon identification.

  • Use of Services by Minors
    Teens aged 13–17 may use Find Me Alive services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Certain features, such as emergency outreach and recording services, may be particularly beneficial when used responsibly in collaboration with family support.

  • Safeguards for Minors
    All data submitted by minors with parental consent is treated with heightened security and limited access to ensure privacy.

    Parents may request the correction or deletion of their child’s data at any time.

    Parents or guardians may withdraw consent for a child’s use of the service, resulting in the suspension or deletion of the child’s account.
