Active Renewal Service Policy

At Find Me Alive (FMA), our mission is not only to protect lives but also to build a community of people actively committed to helping others. To ensure that those who benefit financially from the referral service are also contributing to the safety mission, all members receiving referral benefits are required to participate in active renewal service each year.

Purpose of the Active Renewal Service

The Active Renewal Service exists to:

  • Promote Community Involvement – Ensure that every member contributes to the mission of finding missing people.

  • Maintain Integrity – Prevent the referral program from being treated as a passive financial system without active contribution.

  • Encourage Outreach – Support the visibility of missing person cases by increasing the number of posters, shares, and communications.

Requirements

  • Annual Service Hours
Each participating member must dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per year to activities that directly support the recovery of missing persons listed in the FMA app.

  • Eligible Activities

    • Distributing or posting missing person posters in approved areas.

    • Forwarding official FMA alerts to local community groups or networks.

    • Sharing missing person cases via social media or digital platforms.

    • Other outreach activities approved by FMA leadership.

  • Documentation
Members may be asked to log or verify their contributions, including time spent and method of outreach.

Renewal and Compliance

  • Condition of Referral Benefits
Active renewal service is required to maintain eligibility for monetary benefits under the referral program.

  • Non-Compliance
Failure to complete the 10-hour requirement may result in suspension or forfeiture of referral benefits until compliance is achieved.

  • Verification
FMA reserves the right to verify service activity through submission of proof, activity logs, or third-party validation.

Our Commitment

By requiring active participation, FMA ensures that the referral service reflects more than financial opportunity—it is an extension of our mission to save lives and bring missing people home.
